GED Classes

Students that participate in the GED program at the Healing Center get personalized support and education from an instructor at the Cincinnati Public Schools Aspire program as well as a volunteer team member. Classes are both online and in person each week.

We need teachers, tutors, and those with the heart to help people learn in this vital program. We are adding new students and new class times regularly and in constant need of support. Subjects are Math, Science, English, and Social Studies. Help us help the students engage in learning both with teaching in-person and with the online teaching program. Don’t hesitate. Are you ready to earn a better living? The GED program at the Healing Center is your guide to a better future for you and your family. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the usual weekly earnings for adults age 25 and over that lack a high school diploma is $493, compared to $678, for workers who have a diploma. That is an annual difference of $9,620. You are worth more, now let’s prove it.

Classes are both online and in person each week. Don’t have a computer? Maybe we can help. Active program participants are given access to additional computer lab times as well as technology support at home. Take that next step today! It is time to finish.
